At this long-established Japanese sweet shop, their Daifuku, Manju, and other sweets are all made by hand each morning. Only high quality, chemical free ingredients are chosen, and a good deal of time and effort is invested, creating a unique taste that you will surely enjoy. Their mochi, or rice cake, an ingredient of Daifuku, is pounded manually.
