Fig fruits from their own farm
The shop uses locally produced ingredients, including fruit from their own farm, Boshu milk, and award winning eggs from Tateyama, to make their dainty fig ice cream. Their fully ripened figs and locally produced Brown Swiss milk combine with the eggs to create a very special product (400 yen – tax inc) .
